Quick run

With the last day of my rest block, it was another short run this afternoon. Nice and easy, I'm hoping it should set me up for a good test day tomorrow. Now a decent night's sleep, then time to bring out the hammer.

Run: 3 miles @ 7.0 mph

    I haven't ridden in 4 days, but neither have I slept, so maybe this counts as 'sleep deprivation training'?

  2. Test results should be posted. Things went well, a bit of a regression from last time, but I'll get it back in short order.
