Upper body - Horizontal: light
Movement prep
Bear 2x4/75 lbs
Row 2x20/85 lbs (this is the best these ever felt)
Diamond push-up 2x25 (had to rest-pause the last few of the second set)
Prehab work for core, hips, shoulders
