Sick and tired of being sick and tired

I just couldn't handle any more zeros in the workout log. I had to do something today, so although I skipped swimming this morning, I hit the treadmill for a brief workout this afternoon. The pace was relatively easy, of course my heart rate was extraordinarily high, but that's how things are going to be it seems. I haven't been able to shake this cold in 5 days so far, and I although I'm improving slightly every day, it's unlikely I'll be 100% by Saturday morning. Unless just arriving in Florida has some wonderful healing properties, any expectation I had for this weekend are right out the window. "Not last" will be a lot harder goal to accomplish than I had originally planned.

Run: 3 miles @ 7.9 mph

    I can't imagine your frustration level at the moment.
