Today was the start of the cycling training. Not a particularly tough ride, just 90 minutes easy pace on the trainer. It's going to take a bit of time to get used to the aero position again, as I could really feel it in my shoulders and forearms from supporting my weight. I also had a bit of an issue with some knee pain over the course of the ride. I'll try playing with some changes over the next week in hopes of finding a position I can use. It should be easy enough to correct, but a minor annoyance today.
