Small gains

I keep saying it, and it's still true. I'm making gains in the weight room, however slowly. Some things are really picking up, but others are coming much slower. What's frustrating is that one of the main lifts I'd like to improve is proving the slowest. Chins. It's the best test of upper body strength, and I used to be pretty good, but things are stuck right now. I don't know if it's from the swimming, or the rows on the other lifting days, but I'm not getting much right now. I'll keep sticking to it, and with luck, I'll get back to where I was once the new year hits and the weight sessions are a bit more spaced out. Only two more weeks until the pre-season starts.

Reverse curl - 2x12,12/38
