How's this for inconsistency?

OK, the swim this morning sucked. Then after work, and after hours of me just trying to stay awake from how shattered I was, I hit the weights. And I dominated. Had a great day. Sometimes things are kind of odd.

Weights:
Chaosbringer - 2x4/65
Chins - 2x8,10
Reverse flye/Lateral raise - 2x8,9/15
Side plank w/abduction - 2x10,10
Supermans - 2x10,12
Reverse curl - 1x12/43
Diamond pushup - 1x12/20
