It was supposed to be easier

My plan was pretty simple: hit the highest wattages for each section of the workout over the last two attempts, and see if I could do it at an easier heart rate. Somehow, I guess my notation kind of sucked because I worked a lot harder than last time (148 bpm average vs. 143). But, I crushed the wattage goal (215 vs 202w). That's a trade-off I'm willing to accept. I'll see if I can do the same sort of thing for the next two workouts.
