This is the end of the first block of speedwork. I'll take next week to just do easy runs, and start again after that. At that point, I'll be adding some I-pace running, which threatens to throw me off the treadmill, with haste. I'm excited to see how that goes. For now, I had another good session of T-pace running. I felt a little more taxed than I expected to, but I think the three weeks is starting to catch up with me. All told, I know I'm better off than I was when I started this block. Seven weeks and change until the first race. Legs are improving. Sub-40, here I come.
Run: 44 minutes, w/2x(6 minutes @ 9.0 mph, 1 minute @ 7.3 mph, 4 minutes @ 9.0 mph, 1 minute @ 7.3 mph)
