A jumble of workouts

There was a little bit of everything today, but nothing too difficult. (I emphasize the too because the sprints during the swim were, at least, a little difficult.) My form still seems to be holding together at swimming, I got a nice easy jog in at work, and a light spin after work. It's not so much I feel knackered at all, but enough that I'll get a good night's sleep.

2x500 ez free, 1' (1: long strokes, 2: 25 fists/75 free)
