Keep knocking it out

No breakthroughs to report today, just a good day of mileage, with a nice little piece of intensity thrown into the middle. I was happy with how the sprints were working out. The first one was kind of rough, but then I got into a bit of a groove. My goggles are starting to leak a fair bit, so this weekend I need to run to the swim store and look into some new ones. My old ones lasted a year, and these have barely gone three months (same brand).
