Screaming tris

Nope, not a new series of XTREME triathlons. My triceps. Ow. And it's all because it was a mostly slow day in the pool.

Other than a few 4x25 sets tossed into the workout, the rest was drill/easy (ie, focus on technique). My drill of choice for the day: thigh scrapes, to work on finishing my stroke. Focus during the easy sets: finish the stroke. All that finishing meant my tris were very sore by the end. But that's good, it means I was doing it right. I hope to be able to move my arms again by Friday morning. That's my new goal.
