Feeling a bit more awake

I guess I really needed this extra week of rest. This morning, I didn't fly out of bed, but I was able to get myself moving, which is a minor victory. Off to the pool for a quick swim, then a short ride after work.

Swim: w/u - 200yds each free, non-free, pull
400 ez free, as 75 free/25 head-up
4x25 sprint on 30"
100 ez non-free
400 pull w/paddles
4x25 sprint on 45"
100 ez non-free
400 ez free, HIM pace
4x25 sprint on 1'
100 ez non-free
Total: 2400yds

Bike: 30 minutes, zone 1-2
