I'm feeling slightly better, which is a nice way to say I feel good enough to get in a little bike ride tonight. There wasn't much going on, but it's better than another zero. An hour of mostly easy pedaling, with 4 short efforts at approximately race intensity. It was nice to see that my HR didn't spike too badly, only 3-5 bpm higher than I would expect at those efforts. Granted, 90 seconds isn't long enough to really see a raise in the heart rate, but at least I have some idea as to where I'll be on Saturday.
