Weak sauce

OK, now this is getting embarassing. If I'm fit enough to qualify for 70.3 Worlds, you'd think I might have even a modicum of strength. But I don't. I'm a big pile of suck, smothered in weak sauce. Here are the details, I have no comments.

Jackknife: 3x10
Bent row: 3x10,10,8/85
Pushup: 3x10,8,6/+60
Barbell curl: 2x8,11/38
French press: 2x10,14/20
