A nice little jog

Another really good run day. My staying power through these tempo efforts is getting better every week. Tonight was another 20 minute effort, same as last time on the treadmill, and I had it grooved the whole way. I kept relaxed 4-4 breathing through the first 5 minutes, and did the last minute of each five minute block at the same. No real stress whatsoever. You've got to like that.

Run: 2.5 miles, ez

Run: 50 minutes, w/20 minutes @ 9.2 mph
