Given that so many people were racing this weekend, today's workout in the pool was mostly easy work. That worked well for me, since I've been out of the water for ten days. I was actually pretty happy with how the swim felt. I kept pretty good form, and I was finishing my stroke. My times on the hard parts were a bit behind what I'd prefer to do, but I can live with it after a week away.
