Legs ticking over

Things are coming back. I repeated last week's workout, and felt considerably better all the way through. I get to do this one more time next week, and I'm sure I'll just cruise right through that. I love the feeling after a workout like this: taxed but not destroyed. It feels like I did the right thing, and I'll be able to get right back at it.

Run: 44 minutes, w/2x(6 minutes @ 9.0 mph, 1 minute @ 7.3 mph, 4 minutes @ 9.0 mph, 1 minute @ 7.3 mph)
