My elbow has been feeling pretty good since Wednesday, so today was a chance to get back to the iron. This was just another easy session to keep things moving, until I'm back to high intensity next week.
Upper body: easy
Chaosbringer 2x4/75 lbs
Pullups 3x5
Military Press 3x5/65 lbs
Row 3x5/110 lbs
Pushup 3x5/30 lbs + 80 lbs tubing
