Tempo work on the bike tonight. I'm doing this to offset the harder work on Tuesdays. It's fun, but tough. Transition run post-ride as usual. If I'm feeling like I'm compromising my recovery, this will become a strict zone 1-2 ride in future weeks.
Bike: 65 min w/ 30 min @ 85% FTP (~230w)
Run: 2 miles @ 7.0 mph

Speaking of tempo, I think I'm about to become a big proponent of steady-state training over LSD. I'm not going to have time for 5 hour rides, but I should have time for a few 2x25s at 85% of FTP.
Bikeforums has quite the debate going on over SS versus LSD and the relative benefits... fortunately for me, I only have one option that fits my schedule!
