Holiday swim

Friday is a holiday, and who really wants to swim on Christmas Eve? So, the only swim this week was today. It was an interesting workout, starting off with a bunch of vertical kicking (only the worst thing ever), then a number of pace sets. Our lane probably could have been on a slightly faster pace time, but things were still a good moderate effort. Then we finished with some fun 'n' games, like a relay race with a ball, another relay going underwater across the widths, then a modified game of water polo. Less swimming, more just splashing around. It was a good time, and a nice way to head into the break.
