Another night of somewhat muted gains. Maybe three workouts per week is too much. I'll found out soon enough, since I'm going to two per week in the new year anyway. I feel like I should be doing more, I feel very rested, but the numbers just aren't rising as expected right now. But, at least everything is going in the right direction.
