Up

A little bit better day today. Made some weights that I should have hit a while ago, and am getting ready to move up, either in weight or reps. That's always a good sign. I'm noticing my lower back fatiguing a lot during the squats. I'm holding pretty tight form, so I need to strengthen that to be able to put more weight on my legs. It'll come soon enough.

Barbell curl - 2x12,12/38
French press - 2x8,10/30
