Stretching it out

All I had today were a couple of short runs. Lots of stress at work and other places, but I was still able to get in the miles. The second run included some pick-ups to race speed, which helped to stretch me out. It felt good, and I think I'll be ready for Saturday.

Run: 2.5 miles, ez

Run: 3 miles @ 7.4 mph, w/2x90s @ 9.2 mph + 3 minute recovery
